Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding/ off boarding, performance management processes, training, payroll, employee insurance and expatriate management
  • Ensure timely execution of monthly processing of employees’ payroll and social security submission
  • Handle monthly/ quarterly PIT declaration and annual PIT finalisation
  • Assist in HR & Admin budgeting
  • Administer employee insurance claims and employee insurance policies
  • Support training and development for employee on training registrations, training record, proper filing of certification; facilitate training sessions when required
  • Provide guidelines to employees on performance appraisal processes, follow up closely to ensure timely completion of employee and manager’s evaluation
  • Maintain employee database in HR system and generate HR reports for monthly submission or whenever required
  • Assist in organising staff welfare activities and communication sessions
  • Undertake HR administrative duties e.g. purchase requisitions, contract preparation/ review and other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • Diploma with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience; experience in expatriate management will be added advantage;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Well-versed in local employment legislations and HR best practices;
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff;
  • Proactive and resourceful team player with an eye for details;
  • Strong analytical and written skills;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English;
  • Ability to travel on an as-need-basis.
