Electronics Technician

We are looking to add an Electronics Technician to our team. If you are great at what you do, enjoy working in a startup environment, and are passionate about maintaining a workspace, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assembling Raspberry Pi controllers. Installing Images and libraries, and performing configurations. Maintaining work instructions and software stack for Pi controllers.
• Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Learning the Yotta LEAF storage device and performing testing and troubleshooting and diagnosis.
• Performing and documenting tests
• Managing Inventory for projects

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months direct experience with Pi controllers, or Arduino or similar.
• College degree preferred
• Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently; Occasionally, over 50 pounds with assistance
• Ability to kneel and squat occasionally
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
• Ability to climb occasionally, and work at various heights
