That’s why we are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Agent to bolster our esteemed Customer Support division. As a Service Desk Agent, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient 2nd line support to our network of certified installers and partners within the B2B sphere.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around addressing inquiries and technical issues via both phone and email channels, all managed through our streamlined ticketing system.
- You will help find solutions for our customers if they experience problems during installation or configuration.
- You will assist Smappee partners by providing support to their end customers. You will get to know our products inside and out, collect feedback from users and translate the user manual into user benefits and explain it in an understandable way.
- You will work closely with other departments and provide feedback on recurring problems
Requirements
- You posses a genuine interest in ICT (HW and Software) and/or Electricity, with a willingness to expand knowledge in the energy/e-mobility sector
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a team and engaging with customers
- You are fluent in English and Dutch; proficiency in French is a bonus
- You exhibit a sense of accountability, a focus on quality, and a knack for problem-solving
- And you hold a deep-seated commitment to renewable energy and sustainable practices
