As a member of the IT team, you will play a crucial role in providing our employees with the necessary systems, software, and IT support to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for managing application and system accesses, overseeing employee IT lifecycle management, and ensuring adherence to IT policies and procedures to support the efficient functioning of our growing business. In this role you will get the chance to help build a solid IT department in a growing, dynamic business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage application and system accesses and perform employee IT lifecycle management including onboarding new employees, modifying accesses, and conducting offboarding procedures
  • Own and drive projects for new IT solutions from start to finish (f.e. application rollouts, setup end point protection solutions, meeting room design, ...)
  • Implement and refine IT policies and procedures and provide training to application users and managers
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation related to operations activities
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and solutions relevant to modern organizations
  • In the first stage of your employment, this role will require some hands-on responsibilities:
    • Provide first and second-line IT support to colleagues, facilitating their integration with company devices and tools.
    • Manage IT assets and be responsible for provisioning devices via a Mobile Device Management solution
    • Manage and monitor the internal network components and Microsoft 365 environment
  • In the long run, we are looking to prepare and coordinate managed services partnerships for these responsibilities. You will help setting up and coordinating these partnerships

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Operations Engineer or similar role
  • Expertise in networks, desktop management (MacOS and Microsoft), network infrastructure, telecommunications, SSO, Enterprise Mobility Management Solutions, and Cloud application management (e.g., Microsoft 365, Odoo, Atlassian, etc.)
  • Experience and/or affinity with training and guiding end-users
  • Familiarity with service desk systems and management systems
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting languages
  • Knowledge of modern technologies and applications
  • Devotion for delivering superior IT solutions and passion to help colleagues improve professionally
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and capability to collaborate across teams
  • A 'green heart’ and believe in renewable energy
