Your Role

Are you passionate about building marketing campaigns that not only inspire but also drive measurable results? Do you excel at generating demand and optimizing the customer journey? If so, we’re looking for a Global Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that drive lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth. In this role, you’ll harness your expertise in demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), performance tracking, and campaign execution to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that achieve ambitious goals.

  • Account-Based Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a targeted ABM strategy that aligns with the company's overarching goals. Pinpoint high-value accounts, segment them strategically, and develop personalized marketing campaigns to engage and convert key decision-makers within these accounts.
  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue. Design and implement multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, SEO, and webinars to attract, engage, and convert prospects. Build and manage a pipeline of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) to meet revenue targets.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: Own the execution of integrated campaigns from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment across paid, owned, and earned channels. Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact marketing assets, including ads, landing pages, and content.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and generate reports. Conduct regular A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on data insights. Present campaign insights and recommendations to leadership, driving transparency and alignment on marketing’s impact.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with product management, customer success and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market initiatives. Support events with demand generation strategies, promotional outreach, and lead tracking efforts.

Your Skills

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM, or related marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in renewable energy, graduate degree and/or professional experience in tech startups a huge plus.
  • Know-how: Proficient in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM tools (Salesforce), MS Office and digital marketing tools. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, 6sense, Terminus, or other ABM platforms.
  • Working style: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Personality: Contribution motivated, understanding that when you help the team succeed you are rewarded in kind.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
