- Track hiring metrics and provide insights to support planning and decision-making
Employee Experience and HR Operations
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience
- Implement and manage learning, development, and compliance training programs
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and generate people reports as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions on policies, workplace issues, and general HR matters
Payroll and Benefits
- Oversee administration of payroll for both entities in coordination with Finance, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, wellness, and other offerings
- Act as the go-to person for employee questions related to compensation, time off, and benefits
- Lead the annual benefits renewal and communication process

- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership with sound judgment, discretion, and strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) and experienced with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR); familiarity with Canadian employment law is required, U.S. experience is a plus
