Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Implementing and assisting on quality management matter
• Performance of internal audits and record checking to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and contract requirement
• Manage the Document Control system
• Review processes and ensuring subcontractors comply and complete their work according with contract requirements
• Conduct assessments and review on sub-contractors' Performance
• Identify areas for improvement in audit and/or assessment processes
• Prepare monthly report on the quality of works and services performed by team and subcontractors
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Possess Diploma in any field
• Knowledge and understanding of quality standards
• Experience in IFM related field or Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess skillsets in audit management, data collection and analysis, quality and internal controls
• Leading by example, Displaying honesty
• Effective Communicator with the ability to problem solve
• A self-independent Team Player with a growth mind.
