Join us in this role where you'll use operational compliance expertise and experience to drive compliance best practices for the Compliance and Reliability Americas team. The team are experts in the fields of operational compliance, reliability, critical business requirements, and continuous improvement. This role will play a critical role in establishing, maintaining, and enhancing compliance and reliability processes to protect our generation assets.

You'll be part of Compliance & Reliability Americas where you, together with your colleagues, will lead projects and assignments involving multiple departments and stakeholders. You'll be supporting EPC and Operations in to ensure projects are designed, built, commissioned and operated in compliance with applicable NERC and Independent System Operator (ISO) requirements. You'll play an important role in

  • leading compliance assurance to ensure reliable, compliant asset handover from EPC to Operations
  • establishing and overseeing standards, procedures, and performance aligned with NERC Reliability Standards
  • providing technical expertise for compliance program development, tracking, and reporting
  • ensuring accountability to NERC and ISO requirements, advising EPC and Operations on compliance issues
  • supporting external and internal audits, including audit preparation and ongoing standards reviews
  • monitoring regulatory changes, support risk and change management, and build strong cross‑functional stakeholder relationships
