Job Description
Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure? If so, CIP Fund Solutions (CIP FS) is looking for a Student Analyst to join Digital Development team in our office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Join us and help shape how technology, digital solutions, and business processes support a global investment organisation.
We are looking for a highly motivated Student Assistant (Analyst) to join Digital Development within CIP Fund Solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across technology and business functions, you will support our IT Strategy & Development agenda, contributing to projects spanning technology strategy, digital development, process improvement, governance, reporting, and business transformation.
Team
You will join a team working across IT strategy, digital development and business improvement. The team supports initiatives that help CIP make better use of technology, improve ways of working, and develop scalable digital capabilities across the organisation. This includes work across platforms, reporting, governance, process optimisation, operating models, and selected data and AI initiatives where relevant.
Role
You will combine hands-on execution with strategic work, helping translate ideas into structured strategies, executive presentations, operating models, process designs, governance documentation, and improvement initiatives across CIP's technology landscape. AI is part of the team's scope, but the role is focused broadly on how technology and digital capabilities create business value across the organisation.
Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to
- Conduct research, analysis and benchmarking to support strategic technology and business decisions.
- Develop high-quality executive presentations, decision material and strategy documentation for management and company-wide initiatives.
- Map, analyse and improve business processes, and document operating models, governance structures and business capabilities.
- Support technology strategy, digital development and business transformation initiatives across the organisation.
- Support product management and lifecycle management activities.
- Assist in project management, planning, coordination and follow-up across strategic initiatives.
- Support reporting, KPI tracking and dashboard development for management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to communication and change activities that help improve adoption of new technologies, processes and ways of working.
- Support analysis of business and technology demand and help mature ideas from concept through implementation.
- Contribute to selected digital, data and AI initiatives where relevant.
The position is part-time, expected to be 15-20 hours per week, and is based in CIP's Copenhagen office at the tip of Nordhavn.
You
We imagine that you are about to start a Master's degree in Digital Business, Business Engineering, Information Systems, Technology Management or a related field. You should have a genuine interest in technology, digitalisation and business improvement, and understand how technology can create business value.
We look for the following in a candidate

- Good work ethic, high motivation and a willingness to take ownership of your tasks.
- Social, collaborative and able to build relationships across functions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems, work with detail and create order from complexity.
- Solid PowerPoint and Excel skills, with an interest in producing clear analysis and management material.
- Curious and proactive, with a genuine interest in IT, digitalisation, process improvement and emerging technologies.
It is an advantage if you have experience with
- Business Process Management and process modelling.
- Technology projects or digital transformation initiatives.
- Process optimisation, automation or operational improvement.
- Product or project management.
- Business analysis and governance frameworks.
- Dashboarding, KPI tracking and data visualisation.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- AI, data or other digital initiatives.
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Miro, Jira or Confluence.
