Chief Marketing Officer

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic marketing plans that drive growth and enhance our market position in the renewable energy sector & galvanizing -fabrication, green hydrogen sector (entire Group). Your leadership will be crucial in building our brand's presence and guiding our marketing team towards achieving business objectives with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market dynamics.
• Lead market research efforts to understand industry trends and customer needs to better position the company in solar, wind, and hybrid ,galvanizing -fabrication, green hydrogen markets.
• Oversee the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration across departments to achieve business goals.
• Drive the company's digital marketing strategy, including content creation, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media management tailored for the renewable energy sector.
• Manage relationships with external partners, media, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's public profile.
• Craft compelling brand narratives and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing department.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or similar leadership role in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy industry or related fields.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and marketing strategies in the renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, and hybrid technologies.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Proficient in digital marketing techniques, data analysis, and performance metrics.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
