IT-Administrator

Responsibilities

• Supporting users of a defined information technology (IT) landscape whose infrastructure components and settings are specified, e.g. installation and support of workstation computers and other peripheral products at desk workstations
• Receiving and processing inquiries in 1st level support. Prioritization of ticket processing in coordination with those responsible by providing your own assistance or reporting to 2nd level support or involving external parties after consultation with those responsible for costs (dispatch)
• Support in monitoring the managed local server systems at the site, daily data backup including success monitoring
• Participation in the documentation of processes, error cases and their elimination after consultation with the superior

Qualifications

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable several years of professional experience
• Initial professional experience in the local IT environment
• Knowledge of administration and management of servers and networks, hardware and software as well as peripheral components
• Good English knowledge
• Resilience, ability to work in a team, flexibility and independent working style
