Head of Customer Delivery (m/w/d)

Skeleton's Commercial department is looking for a driven and experienced Head of Customer Delivery (m/f/x) to lead a multidisciplinary team, including roles such as Customer Success Manager, Tender Manager, Order-to-Cash, and Sales Operations Specialist, to ensure seamless execution of end-to-end customer delivery processes.

They will drive operational excellence, align team efforts with business objectives, and champion initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

This role involves leading change management efforts, scaling commercial operations to support business growth, and fostering a customer-centric culture. As part of the Commercial leadership team, the Head of Customer Delivery will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve challenges, optimize processes, and deliver tailored solutions. They will establish KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure continuous improvement in delivery standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience in leadership in customer-facing function.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end customer delivery processes, including sales operations, contract management, and customer support.
• Experience in sales (field or office-based).
• Higher education preferably in Business Administration.
• Good understanding and experience in Change Management and Continuous Improvement.
• Fluency in English is required.
