Purpose and Scope
Responsible for site supervision and coordination of civil, structural, architectural or M&E works
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for site supervision and coordination of civil, structural, architectural and external works.
- Assist the Engineer in managing and monitoring daily site operations.
- Day to day supervision of scaffolding erection, modification, re-erection, dismantling activities for the project
- Site Supervision of construction workers
- Ensure Site Safety in accordance with safe work procedures
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Diploma/ NTC/ NITEC in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, NCC, BCSS, etc
