Senior Engineer - Outbound Logistics (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Manage transportation schedules and delivery timelines.
• Maintain logistics documentation and system records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Support continuous improvement in outbound logistics operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor outbound shipment activities.

Our requirements

• Knowledge of outbound logistics and supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with logistics systems (D365) and documentation.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) ERP / logistics tracking software MS Excel or similar reporting tools Dispatch and transportation management platforms

Educational Qualification Required

• Any Bachelor's in Engineering / Equivalent

Relevant Experience Required

• 6+ Years

Certifications & Licenses

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) - APICS
• Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) - APICS
• Diploma / Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Certified Logistics Associate (CLA)
