Job Description

KK-Group Cooling Czech, a member of the A.P. Møller Group, is a leading Danish manufacturer of cooling systems for the wind energy sector and other industrial industries. For our growing team we are looking for a new colleague for the position of:Solution Lead

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the technical relationship with key customers and act as their primary technical contact
  • Analyze customer systems and identify cooling requirements and technical opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager on account strategy and technical planning
  • Create and maintain system schematics and technical documentation to understand customer machine architectures
  • Support the sales funnel and RFQ process, including requirement analysis and preparation of technical proposals
  • Facilitate technical discussions, workshops, and visits with customers
  • Coordinate with Product Owners and R&D to ensure solutions fit customer systems and technology roadmaps
  • Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and segment innovations
  • Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and industry fairs

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Ideally 2-10 years of relevant industry experience
    Knowledge of thermodynamics and mechanical systems; experience with system solution design is a plus
  • Ability to combine technical expertise with commercial thinking
  • Experience with APQP is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, ERP systems (e.g., AX/D365); experience with CAD software is beneficial
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
    Structured and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work across teams
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional international language is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20-30 days per year
