Job Description

As an Intern - Marketing Specialist in the Quantis Italy team, you will collaborate with the local and global Marketing teams, reporting directly to the Quantis Italy Marketing Lead, to support the local deployment of marketing strategies, especially in daily operational tasks.

This role provides a unique opportunity and hands-on experience within the local marketing function of a leading sustainability consulting company, offering a valuable chance to develop both technical and soft skills in a dynamic and impact-driven environment.

• You are passionate about sustainability and motivated to align business with Planetary Boundaries
• You're eager to work with the Quantis Marketing team to locally boost the global marketing initiatives
• You are curious about exploring marketing campaigns activation and supporting the growth of the branch
• You would love to support the CRM/Marketing Automation adoption (Hubspot), helping to spread its use among business development teams and delivering best practices
• You have professional proficiency in Italian (native speaker level preferred) and English
• You have Marketing skills (a plus): e.g. social media management, content creation and market analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
• You are passionate about Marketing operations, such as:
  • Event support (logistics, invitation, presentation decks, social event organization);
  • Website contents updates and maintenance;
  • Internal communications support;
  • Email marketing activities;
  • Social media account management;
  • Market analysis of Quantis online and offline positioning.

Punctual collaboration with other Quantis branches via web-conference
