We are now looking for an Agreement Coordinator, to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent and the preferred location is Vaasa, Finland or Trieste , Italy.

What you will be doing

As Agreement Coordinator, you plan, coordinate and schedule operational work related to contract delivery, ensuring adherence to contract terms, customer satisfaction, and alignment with company objectives.

Your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating and scheduling operational contract delivery activities, ensuring the effective execution of contract terms and that all obligations are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Liaising with internal teams and customers to coordinate activities, facilitating smooth contract execution and address any issues
• Continuous discussion with field service and workshop to minimize the maintenance duration.
• Spare parts follow-up
• Coordinating operative resources, ensuring the correct personnel and competences, tools, parts and other resources are timely in place. Optimizing inventory management for maintenance parts and supplies to support ongoing and future maintenance activities.
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and external regulations in operative planning throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Supporting the agreement manager by providing relevant data, reports, and insights to facilitate decision-making.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have

• Field service engineer / field service coordinator experience at least 2 years
• Technical knowledge of Wartsila Energy product
• Teamwork and Leadership: Expands professional networks within the organization, sharing insights from experience in contract delivery.
• Communication and Networking: Develops and maintains a professional network. Effectively communicates and shares information.
• Agreement delivery knowledge

In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around Europe (UK and Italy). Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
