Service Quality Lead, Onshore, GA en JP

Job Description

This position represents the Service Quality Department in the APAC region, coordinates Service Quality activities and ensures that the Service Quality strategies are executed with highest focus on quality, safety and environment, and without compromising agreed processes. A key duty is to verify compliance at APAC service sites through site audits and turbine inspections, coordinate RCCA activities for major COPQ issues, lower the cost of poor quality (COPQ), and assist with vendor recovery initiatives

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Service to ensure Good Quality being delivered to our customers
• Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 Quality system
• Support Regional Service on Quality Risks and prepare mitigation plans
• Provide Monthly Quality reporting and monitor the performance
• Conduct Quality awareness training for management and employees
• Review the Quality gates and provide inputs if project is ready to TOC and Hand over to Service
• Ensure problem solving process is performed for non-conformities and implementation of solutions
• Ensure the quality objectives and targets of service are fulfilled
• Monitor the performance of NCR, CIR, CoPQ, Audits & assessments
• Support the evaluation of type of defects and preparing CIM candidates
• Ensure Customer satisfaction on Quality for the service delivered
• Ensure Customer queries and complaints are properly handled and closed
• Improve Lost Production Factor in the region together with R & D and Service
• Develop Service Product audit plan and ensure on time execution
• Collect inputs for Regional Management review

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering
• Solid Service background
• Minimum 10 years of experience

Competencies

• Highly organized and very good communication skills
• Able to support change and manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers
• Certified auditor in one of the following standards ISO 9001
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent will be an advantage
• Solid cooperation and communication skills
• SAP Knowledge & Quality tools
