Digital Communications Specialist

We are looking for someone to:

• Build and operate EEIP EU projects websites and social media channels;
• Grow audiences and drive engagement to increase conversions (like, share, clicks, play);
• Manage several analytics and reporting tools to track online KPIs for websites, campaigns, surveys etc.

Your main tasks

Baseline communication

• Identification of relevant content through scalable processes & tools;
• Identification of action-specific audiences and stakeholders (influencers, multipliers);
• Creation of a flow of relevant content and easily accessible messages on a variety of subjects and through various communication channels;
• Creation of posts (incl. visuals), press releases, press kits, newsletters and related marketing materials;
• Creation and management of projects’ websites and visual identity;
• Tracking, reporting and adjusting communication activities based on outcomes;
• Cross-posting, third party engagement, automated posts;
• Use of hashtags & tagging of users’ handles (identification and application).

Innovate

• Identification and use of new tools in existing social media channels;
• Connect social gaming experience (EnerWhizz) with project communities and channels.

Explore

• AI tools for creating communication material and automated processes;
• Selected development and use of Autonomous AI Agents, e.g. for stakeholder identification.

Other

• Build and operate a “marketing practitioner group” across our various EU project partners to learn from good practice, build relationships to motivate participation in and replication of communication activities, joint data gathering for reporting and feedback for further game development;
• Contribute building and leveraging CRM (customer relationship management).

Your profile

• At least 3-year relevant working experience in digital communications, dissemination and event organization;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe tools, Canva and similar;
• Experience in Website design/CMS;
• Experience with mass mailing/CRM tools and social media marketing;
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of another EU language is a plus;
• Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively as part of a small, multicultural team;
• Proactive approach;
• Knowledge of EU energy policy and EU-funded projects is considered an asset.

Role description

• Member of the Project Office, report to the PO Lead;
• Lead on projects’ and EnerWhizz websites and communication activities;
• Lead on 1-2 EU projects;
• Support development of Communication and Dissemination strategy and deliverables of EU projects;
• Support event organization across EU projects.
