You'll join our Project Management Team for Cooling Renewables & Service, where colleagues from diverse backgrounds work together on large, cross-functional customer projects. Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Take full ownership of critical customer projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead project reviews and facilitate key gate meetings.
• Engage directly with customers, ensuring clear communication on project plans and deliverables.
• Develop and refine project management procedures to support our growth journey.
• Provide regular reporting on key project metrics and tolerances.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration within NCS to achieve ambitious project outcomes.

Our Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or civil discipline.
• Project Management certification (Prince2, IPMA, or equivalent).
• At least 5 years' experience managing deliverables-driven projects.
• Proven track record in handling large and complex projects.
• Expertise in process optimization and a commitment to business excellence.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Organized, independent, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
