To strengthen our team at our Dresden location, we're looking to fill a full-time internship position in the field of Computer Science as soon as possible.

Here's what your day-to-day work with us will look like

• Contributing to the operation and further development of our cloud environment, particularly Microsoft SharePoint and Azure.
• Supporting, maintaining, and servicing our IT hardware, as well as ensuring smooth IT operations.
• Providing workstations: You will assist with the provision, replacement, and setup of end devices and complete work environments.
• Analyzing and resolving IT issues: You will assist with internal and external user support and ensure quick, pragmatic solutions.
• Contributing to IT security: You will help implement and further develop existing security measures and contribute to the stability of our IT infrastructure.

What you bring to the table

• A current degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, or a completed vocational training in the IT sector.
• Basic knowledge of common operating systems as well as a solid understanding of IT processes, network infrastructures, and server systems.
• Good to very good German and English language skills for confident communication in day-to-day IT work (min. B1).
• A team-oriented, structured approach to work as well as open, transparent, and friendly communication.
