We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Sales division of Ignitis Polska, where you'll be responsible for our sales activities. If that speaks to you, we'd be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Presenting sales performance, including revenue generation and achievement of sales targets within the SME segment
  • Reporting and analysing customer metrics such as acquisition rates, retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Providing updates on the progress of contract negotiations with SME clients, highlighting key terms and outcomes
  • Reporting on market trends and competitor activities that impact SME client relationships and business strategies
  • Reporting and resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts related to SME client acquisition and retention strategies
  • Reporting on innovative solutions and recommending strategies to enhance SME client engagement and profitability

Required for this position

  • University degree or equivalent
  • +3 years of experience in the Polish retail electricity and/or gas market (B2B segment), gained at an energy retail supply company operating under the TPA model
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent time management, flexibility and adaptability, and proven ability to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel)
