As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Financial Asset Manager to join our team and help drive the commercial success of our renewable energy portfolio. You’ll be part of a close-knit financial asset management function (currently a one-person powerhouse), working hand-in-hand with our Technical Asset Management, Procurement & Construction, and Investment teams. In this role, you’ll play a key part across the full lifecycle of our solar PV and battery storage (BESS) assets — from financial close and construction through to long-term operations.

Your impact

As a Financial Asset Manager, you’ll be the financial cornerstone of your assigned portfolio — ensuring each solar and storage asset performs at its best while staying aligned with our investor commitments and regulatory requirements.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Own the financial and commercial performance of operational solar PV and BESS assets.
• Lead monthly and quarterly closings, financial reporting, and variance analysis across P&L, OPEX, and CAPEX.
• Coordinate investor distributions, ensuring strong returns within existing financing frameworks.
• Oversee the financial onboarding of new assets, including service provision, pricing, and modelling.
• Act as a financial partner to internal stakeholders — from technical asset managers to senior management and the board.
• Support the preparation of annual accounts and external audits.
• Monitor asset performance in financial terms, including insurance claims and liquidated damages.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage budgets, forecasts, and funding plans.

Required Qualifications

• ~3 years of experience in financial asset management, investment, project finance, or a similar field.
• A proven track record managing transactions from origination through execution.
• Experience with financial modeling, project finance documentation, and investment evaluation
• Familiarity with renewable energy projects and the energy sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).

Location: Preferred location is Stockholm, Sweden. You can also work from our Madrid office or remotely from Sweden, Spain, the UK, Finland, France, Italy, Germany, or Denmark.
