To continue building a resilient & future-ready organization to ensure sustained growth and operational excellence, KK Wind Solutions is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Specialist- Sourcing Excellence to join our team and play a pivotal role in executing and delivering our Global Sourcing strategy.

In this role, you will support the execution and delivery of strategic initiatives as part of the Global Sourcing strategy. You will drive business excellence projects with an attention to developing the best possible business processes in Global Sourcing, particularly within the Source-to-Pay area.

Responsibilities

• Assume expert understanding of the processes and system utilization within the source-to-pay area, and leverage this knowledge to identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches and best practices.
• Lead and deliver cross-functional internal projects within digital transformation, mergers & acquisitions and process optimization according to our project management procedures in Global Sourcing.
• As a representation from Global Sourcing, you will support M&A activities through project coordination, due diligence support, pre- and post-merger integration planning and implementation.
• Drive implementation of digital tools, systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability particularly within the Source-to-Pay area.

Moreover, you:

• Have proven experience and solid understanding of project management, change management and/or business excellence.
• Possess the ability to quickly build a strong business acumen, including comprehensive knowledge of processes, tools, and business data within a manufacturing environment.
• Have solid understanding of IT systems, e.g. ERP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP or similar) and sourcing-specific software (e.g., Keelvar, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Fairmarkit etc.).
• Possess deep insights in sourcing, category management, and supply chain processes, with a distinct advantage if experienced within a manufacturing environment.
• Are proactive, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a passion for building positive and collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Are curious, open-minded, and creative in solving business problems with a holistic, analytical, and cross-functional mindset.

Location

This role can be based in KK Wind Solutions’ offices in Ikast or Hammel, with flexibility for hybrid work.
