About the Role
The Campaign Business Delivery Manager role resides the Portfolio Growth & Retention team in the Customer Value Optimisation (CVO) value stream. The Campaign Business Delivery Manager is accountable for the design and execution of campaigns to achieve business objectives of optimising the value and retaining the existing customer base.
As a Campaign Business Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of campaigns and communications through AGL’s decisioning and comms automation platforms; planning and prioritising activity to meet business timelines and ensuring continuously high-quality execution.

About You
- Strong business acumen with the ability to negotiate, articulate technical capabilities in business terms for non-technical audiences, and deliver excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Adaptive leadership skills to foster productive team dynamics, set focus, and drive teams toward value delivery while managing cross-functional collaboration effectively.
- Proven success in delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods, with experience in digital marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe, PEGA, ACS), reporting, and value tracking.
- High attention to detail with the capability to manage regulatory compliance for direct marketing activities involving customer data.
- Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and meet evolving business needs.
