Warehouse Manager

FairWind is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our NCE warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, structure, and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values clarity and accountability, and is capable of guiding teams through evolving operational standards.

You will oversee all warehouse activities, including tools, equipment, PPE, and workwear, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and high-performing operations across multiple locations. The role requires a leader who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, and who is comfortable working in settings where established habits may need to be challenged to achieve better outcomes.

Your qualifications

• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory control
• Budgeting and cost optimization experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
• Experience in process improvement and operational refinement

Your Role

• Lead and optimize warehouse workflows using proven methodologies
• Develop and ensure KPIs are met across all warehouse functions
• Plan and delegate tasks effectively, fostering ownership and accountability
• Collaborate with Procurement and other departments to ensure stock accuracy and supplier efficiency
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and promote a safety-first culture
• Drive internal training and development aligned with operational needs
• Maintain strong control over inventory using ERP systems
• Support the evolution of warehouse practices through structured change management
