Key Roles and Responsibilities

This role will mainly support the development of IG plant maintenance module.

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  • Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements.
  • Analyze existing data from S/4HANA and identify gaps.
• Design & Development Support
  • Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT): execute tests, log defects, and retest fixes.
  • Document bugs, feedback, and enhancement requests.
• Role & Access Design
  • Assist in creating a role-access matrix for the new module.
  • Assist in SoD checking and alignment requirements.
• Training Support
  • Assist in training decks, quick reference guides, and academy module development.
  • Support training sessions for testers and end users.
• UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Assist in UAT scripts based on business scenarios.
  • Assist in defect fixes and retest.
• Cutover & Data Migration
  • Assist in data mapping and migration, validation.
  • Support cutover planning, mock runs, and post-go-live checks.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Background in Engineering, Business Analytics or equivalent
• Proficiency in Excel for data handling and basic SQL query skills.
• Strong documentation skills and good communication ability.
• Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g. SAP) or maintenance processes is a plus.
