We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our Solutions Team and help accelerate growth in our rooftop and ground‑mounted photovoltaic and battery storage projects.
This newly created role is ideal for a results‑driven professional who thrives on winning new clients and closing high‑value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company goals and evolving market trends
- Proactive identifying and acquiring new clients in the commercial, industrial, and small utility sectors for the construction of photovoltaic power plants and battery energy storage systems
- Leading the full sales process from initial outreach and qualification through technical and commercial proposal, negotiation, and contract signing
- Working closely with Engineering and Project teams to design optimal system configurations and ensure proposal accuracy
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with developers, investors, utilities, and key decision-makers
- Representing the company at trade fairs, conferences, and networking events to strengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities
- Monitoring market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities related to PV and BESS project development
- Providing input on pricing strategies, product positioning, and potential partnerships
- Coordinating with internal teams (Engineering, Finance, Legal) to ensure seamless project handover into the execution phase
- Forecasting sales performance and contributing to annual business planning
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of sales experience managing the full B2B/B2C sales cycle in energy or construction or real estate field
- Solid understanding of photovoltaic systems and battery energy storage technologies
- Familiarity with CAPEX/OPEX principles and pricing methodologies
- Professional working proficiency in Czech and English
- Active driver with a willingness to travel
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM system
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
- Proactive, self-driven, and strongly results-oriented mindset
