Job Description

Enel North America is seeking a Renewable Energy Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in renewable energy, with a focus on project development and management. This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and energy storage.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new project opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with vendors and partners.
• Support the permitting and regulatory processes for renewable energy projects.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on project strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in renewable energy project development or management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and market trends is a plus.
