Lead - Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Sourcing critical analysis in the space between Finance and Global Sourcing
• Support cost-out idea development, analysis and tracking within the field between Global Sourcing and
• Maintain and improve existing Global Sourcing tools supporting value generation
• Support the link between Global Sourcing and central BI teams
• Ad hoc tasks and analysis with the aim of securing continuing strong
• Global Sourcing deliveries via challenging the organization with data-driven questions/inputs
• Support to monthly closure of PPV, OPEX etc.

Our requirements

• A relevant master's degree in Finance, Controlling & Accounting and Economics.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Min. 3 years of finance experience, however depending on previous area of responsibility
• A global mindset and a desire to work in a diverse environment.
• Resilience, resourcefulness, and energic and dare to challenge conventions.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with working in a flexible and fast-changing environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mainly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
