You will work closely with senior leaders, mentoring emerging engineers, shaping projects from concept to completion, and ensuring excellence in every phase of project delivery. Your expertise will be critical in designing, coordinating, and executing large-scale infrastructure projects while optimizing budgets, schedules, and technical outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring winning solutions for our clients.
• Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at every step.
• Apply your deep engineering knowledge to solve complex challenges and enable successful project outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Degree-qualified engineers (preferably electrical) or industry professionals with 4-8 years' experience in large-scale project delivery.
• Experience in design, construction, and management of complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical expertise in substation or transmission line construction.
• Proven ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Exceptional communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A passion for mentoring, leadership, and driving high-quality project delivery.
