Environmental & Permitting Manager / Senior Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Development & Origination professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project development, financial modeling, and market analysis. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing project proposals, and managing the origination process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector
• Conduct market research and analysis to support project development efforts
• Develop financial models and project pro formas to assess project viability
• Prepare and present project proposals to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the origination process, including negotiations and contract execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform business strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project development or origination in the renewable energy sector
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and market dynamics is a plus
