HR Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support our employees and strengthen our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the full spectrum of HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employment changes
• Managing and securely maintaining all employee documentation across the entire employee lifecycle
• Overseeing international payroll operations in partnership with external providers, ensuring accuracy and smooth annual tax processes
• Liaising with state authorities on work permits, certifications, and other employment-related documentation
• Ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
• Driving and continuously improving HR processes aligned with our HRIS
• Delivering precise, timely reporting on key HR metrics (FTEs, compensation, turnover, benefits, etc.)
• Maintaining a clear and up-to-date organisational structure, including org charts and the active directory
• Coordinating seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences
• Providing day-to-day HR support and contribute to broader HR initiatives and projects

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with international scope
• Professional proficiency in Czech and English
• Experience with payroll preparation
• Strong knowledge of the Czech Labour Code, familiarity with Polish/Hungarian/Romanian employment legislation is a significant advantage
• Experience working with HRIS and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills
• Highly organised and able to work independently
• Ability to remain effective in demanding or fast-paced situations
