Financial Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a new team member in the area of Financial Accounting to join our Dresden office on a part-time basis (30 hours/week) as soon as possible.

Here's what your day-to-day work with us will look like

• Independent posting of all business transactions and ensuring proper financial accounting
• Preparation of the advance sales tax return
• Conducting monthly closings and actively participating in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Supporting the execution of payment transactions
• Taking on special tasks in the finance department

What you bring to the table

• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as a tax clerk, or a comparable degree
• Several years of professional experience (approx. 3-5 years) in a comparable position in finance or accounting
• Proficiency with DATEV as well as standard MS Office applications
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written (min. B2)
• Strong sense of responsibility, an independent and structured approach to work, and a passion for teamwork
