  • Improving the speed and accuracy of reporting outputs

Audit & Wider Finance Support

  • Supporting year-end processes and external audit requirements
  • Assisting across the finance team during periods of absence or peak workload
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the wider finance function

What We're Looking For

  • Strong management accounting experience, ideally within a project-based or contracting environment
  • Experience working with complex cost and revenue allocations
  • Proven track record of improving processes and simplifying ways of working
  • Experience with finance systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV desirable)
  • Exposure to project-based systems (e.g. Big Change or similar) advantageous

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and assumption-driven data
  • Ability to balance accuracy with pragmatism to meet deadlines
  • Strong Excel skills, alongside a desire to reduce reliance on manual processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders

Personal Attributes

  • Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
  • Organised and resilient, able to manage competing priorities

  • Confident in challenging and supporting stakeholders constructively

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver accurate and timely management accounts for the division
  • Provide clear insight into project performance and profitability

Working with us, you'll benefit from:
