Our mission is to make consumer energy resources (CER) affordable and accessible for everyone.

Brighte is building the platform to enable and accelerate the energy transition by making it affordable, easy and less risky to buy and sell energy equipment.

The Opportunity

We're hiring an Enterprise Partnerships Lead to sign the partners that put Brighte's finance and energy products in front of millions of Australian buyers - and to run the existing book so the deals already in place keep delivering.

This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to our Head of Enterprise & Government. You'll own relationships with some of Australia's most recognisable enterprise and government partners, and bring the next wave through the door.

The role has three pillars: Hunt, Run, Build.

Hunt - you're a builder of pipeline, not a waiter for inbound. You're comfortable opening doors across banking, energy, government, insurance, telco and adjacent sectors. You run the full cycle yourself: research, outreach, qualification, pitch, commercial negotiation, signature.

Run - you own the existing partner book like it's your own business. You drive activation, performance reviews, contract obligations, issue resolution, and the partnership between commercial and product. You turn signed contracts into real revenue.

Build - you productise everything. Standard agreements, onboarding kits, commercial frameworks, affiliate playbooks. And critically, you build the AI-powered GTM stack that sits underneath it all. Every deal makes the next one easier because of the system you've built.

About You

What we're looking for

  • A hunter by instinct who builds outbound machines.
  • 8+ years in enterprise sales, partnerships or BD - at least some of it in financial services, energy, or regulated sectors.
  • You've operated in a scale-up or fast-moving commercial environment - you know what it feels like to build the plane while flying it.
  • A track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals that delivered real revenue - not just signed paper.
  • Comfort operating with GMs, CEOs, CFOs and ministers' offices.
  • AI-native. You've built workflows in Claude or similar - not just "dabbled with ChatGPT."
  • Someone who lives our values: Brighter Together, Call the Ball, Win for All, Raise the Bar and Thrive on Change.

Our hiring process

We use AI every day at Brighte, and we hire people who do too. Every role includes a short assessment that shows us how you put AI to work - use whatever tool you're most comfortable with, there's no trick to it.

Background and reference checks (police, AML, bankruptcy) come towards the end. We use AI in parts of our recruitment process, but final decisions are made by humans.
