Job Description

Skeleton's Advanced Engineering Department is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Application Engineer (m/f/x).

Your responsibility areas

• Product requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, and requirements management.
• System architectural design, technology selection, and dimensioning.
• Writing and maintaining product documentation, such as datasheets, user manuals, and application notes.
• Supporting sales and commissioning.
• Contributing to standards compliance in the product development phase, and working with approval bodies (such as UL) to obtain product certifications.

Requirements

• A degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy systems, or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of electrical engineering and related physics.
• Understanding of DC/DC converter topologies and their dimensioning.
• Good communication skills, ability to converse with product development domain specialists, customers, approval and standardization bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel (to our different sites and customers' locations).
