We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Trainee to join our Finance Portfolio Management & M&A team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent university graduate to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, investment evaluation, and mergers & acquisitions, with the opportunity to develop into a permanent position within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to improving and automating finance processes by using AI tools and developing practical solutions that make every day more efficient.
• Support the team with financial and business analyses.
• Assist with preparing presentations and reports that support business decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams to support investment, portfolio management, and corporate transactions.
• Assist with research on markets, companies, and investment opportunities.
• Help monitor project and portfolio performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (bachelor's or master's degree) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• High affinity for AI and automation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Interest in corporate finance, investments, renewable energy, and M&A.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic international environment.

What we offer

• A salary of EUR 40,000 gross per year.
