The SAP Business Systems Manager is responsible for the overall management of the SAP Business Systems team, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems and related applications. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the SAP systems are aligned with the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP Business Systems team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems and related applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the SAP systems are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the SAP system landscape, including system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Ensure the security and integrity of SAP systems and data.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP systems and processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP systems and processes.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay current with SAP technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP systems management, including experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration with other systems.
- Experience with SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Knowledge of SAP security and data integrity best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
