Scada & Communications Specialist (m/w/d)

Job Description

Your Tasks

• First Level of troubleshooting and technical support for any SCADA and Network issues coming from the field.
• Working with the Company ticketing system for monitor tasks and assist field staff.
• First Level of support to Client’s IT request and troubleshooting.
• Capacity to attend site and provide on-site assistance when required; (specially for the Spanish colleague this is important).
• Work in collaboration with Global Departments to assist on finding solutions when needed.

Your Profile

• Professional education on an Engineering subject.
• Knowledge and experience on different communication protocols (IEC104; ModBus; OPC UA/DA).
• Knowledge and experience working with SQL Databases.
• Knowledge and experience on hardware configuration (switches, firewalls, routers, servers).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on SCADA Systems, troubleshooting and maintenance, ideally on the wind sector.
• Cybersecurity within IT and IT infractructures.
• Programming experience would be welcomed.
