  • Monitor legal developments in the DRC and advise on their impact to the project
  • Maintain and improve legal templates and precedents for DRC-related documentation
  • Support due diligence processes and respond to legal queries from project and company stakeholders

  • Experience working on infrastructure or energy projects in emerging markets, preferably in the DRC or Francophone Africa
  • Strong understanding of local legal frameworks and government processes
  • Law degree with strong academic credentials from an accredited university
  • Bar admission
  • Fluency in English and French required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Who You Are

  • Legal expert with strong experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and government engagement
  • Skilled at navigating local legal frameworks and managing relationships with external counsel and authorities
