Your tasks

• Managing and handling key operational issues on site
• Developing project plans and building a cross-functional team around issues
• Informing and presenting (interim) results to (top) management
• Active project management
  • Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program life cycle
  • Managing the project budget, risks and issues and taking corrective actions
  • Coordinating projects and their dependencies
  • Utilizing and managing resources for different projects
  • Managing product changes in the project together with the Product Change Manager
• Managing project issues with the central functions and external stakeholders
• Management of turbine damage in the fleet (service, 8D process incl. RCA, customer management, ...)
• Product & project risk management at company level, including commercial aspects

Your qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Project management skills (Six Sigma)
• Understanding of interdependencies within an organization
• Cross-functional communication and leadership skills
• Holistic thinking within the organization
• Ability to communicate at senior management level
• Technical understanding and interdependencies required
• Global knowledge of business processes related to products
