Department Overview

The construction team oversees the day-to-day operations on Bloom's installation sites as well as assists the Program Management team with change order evaluation, contractor management, schedule acceleration and recovery.

Position Responsibilities

• Support the project management team with subcontractor and supplier coordination, material tracking, file management.
• Support project success by reviewing and processing key documents.
• Assist with scheduling and progress tracking, helping keep projects on time and on budget.
• Contribute to financial health by monitoring costs and preparing progress payment requests.
• Participate in project meetings, learning how decisions are made around contract requirements, safety, and quality.
• Own close-out activities and documentation for successful project completion.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently a student earning a Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field.
• Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn project-specific software systems, including Microsoft Office 365 (ex: Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), Procore, Adobe, and BlueBeam.
• Exceptional customer and client focus with ability to succeed in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with general construction and design preferred.
