Virksomhedsoversigt

Vattenfall AB

Stockholm, Sverige

Ca. 21.000 medarbejdere i hele Europa (kilde: group.vattenfall.com).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve BA Wind's physical and personnel security capability in line with Vattenfall standards, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise the Business Units (BU) on physical and personnel security risks and protective measures across assets, sites, projects, and operations.
  • Conduct site security assessments, identify vulnerabilities and non‑conformities, issue recommendations, and follow up on corrective actions.

You are motivated by security, learning and continuous improvement, and you thrive in complex environments where many stakeholders and perspectives intersect. You are curious, structured and solution‑oriented, with the ability to turn complex security topics into practical outcomes. You collaborate naturally across functions and cultures, and you bring a positive mindset to challenging situations.

You do not need to meet every requirement to apply - we value motivation, learning ability and diverse backgrounds.

Additionally, you may have:

  • Understanding of or exposure to operational areas within BA Wind (onshore/offshore wind, solar & batteries).
  • Ability to contribute to complex problem‑solving in multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work independently while also contributing actively to a second‑line team with shared ways of working and collective responsibility.

  • Gain insights into different levels of operations across the business.
  • Collaborate across countries, cultures, and disciplines, value different perspectives and believe resilience is built best together.
  • Regardless of your level of experience, you will have room to develop & grow, to influence, shape new ways of working, and take ownership of complex topics.
  • Join a workplace that values diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety.

Location: Kolding or Copenhagen (Denmark), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Hamburg or Berlin (Germany) or Stockholm (Sweden).
