Operator in Production (m/w/d)

We are Skeleton Technologies, a Global Cleantech 100 company and the global technology leader in fast energy storage. We have acquired a former European Batteries Plant in Varkaus where we will start with our pilot production of our SuperBatteries. With this strategic expansion, Skeleton Technologies will accelerate the development and production of its SuperBattery and other new energy storage products on its technology roadmap. This ramp-up of manufacturing and R&D capacity will strengthen Skeleton’s position to serve the market needs for high-power fast-charging energy storage, and explore new technologies.

We are looking for Operators (m/f/x) to join our mission in Varkaus.

You will be assigned the following tasks

• Be the responsible person for the assigned machines.
• Plan the production runs according to the requested campaign.
• Write and continuously improve production documents (e.g. Standard work instruction)
• Create the documentation for each trial run.
• Handle and analyze the produced electrodes and cells.
• Prepare, clean and maintain the assigned machines for the runs.
• Operate the assigned machines and produce varying battery electrodes and assemble cells.
• Perform routine quality tests on produced electrodes and cells.
• Uphold and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

You are a good fit for the team if you can tick off the following boxes:

• You have experience in production.
• You have experience with handling production documentation and read the equipment operating data.
• You are ready to work in shifts.
• You speak Finnish or English at a good level.
• You display ambition and you are driven by results.
