Step into the role of Business Partner within our People & Culture team in Brisbane.
Windlab is the 100% Australian renewable energy company championing the nation’s clean energy transition and we exist to go big on renewables. Fully integrated across the entire renewable energy value chain, we use our world-leading science to find, develop construct and operate Australia’s top-performing renewable energy projects.

Position Snapshot
We are looking for a dynamic Business Partner to join our small team and play a key role in shaping our employee experience.
You will partner with People Leaders and teams to align Windlab’s people and business strategies while fostering a vibrant workplace culture. Your contributions will be vital in supporting the development and implementation of our People & Culture initiatives that enhance our organisational goals.
In this role, you will engage with team members to prioritise projects, uphold core values, and drive positive business outcomes. You will drive engagement, inclusion and professional development and provide daily support and guidance across the organisation ensuring that everyone has the resources they need to thrive.
Additionally, you will support talent management, performance and workforce planning by sharing your expertise on HR policies and best practices, manage employee relations, promote career growth. Your contribution will play a crucial role in ensuring we adhere to all applicable employment laws and regulations, further strengthening our dedication to fostering a supportive, safe and inclusive workplace.
What Sets you apart!
You will be an experienced Human Resources professional with a determined, get-things-done attitude. Excelling in implementing HR strategies that drive business outcomes, your strong collaboration skills and deep understanding of HR policies and procedures are key to the success of this role.
This position requires proven experience in a similar role, capable of building strong relationships and problem solving to make positive change and drive a culture of collaboration and innovation.
It would be beneficial if you have experience in infrastructure or renewable energy, but it is not essential, and we are open to other industries if you are keen to learn.
