Student Assistant - ISCC PLUS Team (m/w/d)

ISCC - International Sustainability and Carbon Certification is one of the leading certification systems for sustainability, traceability and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. As a Student Assistant, you will support the ISCC PLUS team in its day-to-day operations and ongoing projects, including:

• Policy Research & Analysis: Conduct research on national and international legislative frameworks related to sustainability, labor and human rights, gender, biomass, biofuels, and recycling
• System Development: Assist in the development of the ISCC PLUS certification system by providing research insights and supporting documentation updates
• Meeting & Presentation Support: Help coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and support stakeholder engagement activities
• Administrative Assistance: Organize project materials, maintain records, and support the coordination of team activities

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a Master's program in Law, Environmental and/or International Policies, Sustainability, or a related field
• You have a proficiency level in English (C1); Spanish is desirable
• You have strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to summarize complex regulatory topics
• You have excellent writing skills, particularly in drafting professional reports and policy summaries
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required
• You are available for 16-20 hours/week for at least one year (preferably longer)
• You are passionate about sustainability and enjoy discussing relevant legislation and policies
