Werkstudent Legal Operations & Regulations (d/m/w)

Job Description

RWE Offshore is a global leader in offshore wind development, at the forefront of the renewable energy transition. As we continue to expand our renewable energy capacity, the responsibilities of our Legal Department grow, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to support our Legal Counsel. This role will involve helping to maintain and improve our internal regulations and processes.

About the role

• Organizing and maintaining documents and data across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Actively participating in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to drive projects forward.
• Regularly updating the intranet with current content, files, and wikis to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Developing presentations and summaries for internal projects and initiatives, ensuring clear and concise communication.
• Creating training materials such as instructional videos and coordinating training sessions for team members.
• Organizing documents in databases, ensuring proper filing, and accurately inputting metadata and quality features.

Job requirements and experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
• A strong interest in project management, with an eagerness to gain hands-on experience or further develop existing skills in this area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Essen campus at least once a week to foster direct collaboration with your team.
• Effective communicator in both German and English, able to convey information clearly and concisely.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to contribute to team efforts, think solution-oriented, and drive successful outcomes in joint projects.
• A creative approach to problem-solving, paired with an appreciation for accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive attitude towards skill development and new challenges.

Advantageous, but not essential

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JSON, Power Automate Flows, Power Apps, or Power BI.
• Exposure to agile working methodologies.
• Basic skills in video editing programs.
