Responsibilities

• You will support corporate housekeeping activities, including maintaining updated registries, creating SPVs, managing organizational charts, entity lists, and Excel files for asset management.
• You will assist in business development by preparing retransfer contracts, updating legal templates, and conducting legal research as needed.
• You will help managing invoice processes such as engaging law firms, coordinating signatures for engagement letters and contracts, facilitating internal processes for approvals, award analysis, and collaborating with Finance, Treasury, and IT departments.
• You will prepare and dispatch documents for signatures, ensuring coordination and alignment with other paralegals.
• You will provide general legal support through contract assistance, vendor communication, and ongoing legal research.

Requirements

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Law related studies or equal and still studying for at least 12 months
• It's a plus, if you have a first relevant experience to the position
• You have good MS Office skills
• You are business fluent in English and German

Benefits

We offer an hourly salary of 15€ for Bachelor and 17€ for Master students.
