For our new office in Cairo, we are looking for highly driven Financial Controllers who want to make a real impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial data between business teams and internal/external accounting departments to ensure accurate books in line with local GAAP and internal controls.
• Assist in analyzing financial performance and identifying discrepancies to improve reporting accuracy.
• Support the development and automation of Excel- and SQL-based tools for cost allocation, management reporting, and tracking of leasing and loan portfolios.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to improve financial postings and maintain process documentation.
• Prepare training materials and assist finance and business stakeholders in using reporting tools effectively.
• Apply basic knowledge of accounting standards in day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (top 10% academic performance preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or General Ledger Controlling.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas); basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
